Pricing

The Alexander Law Firm offers hassle free flat-fee pricing plans for clients. Each pricing plan is specific to each client, and the cost of effective representation is determined by a number of factors including the type of issue and time involved in handling the matter. Each pricing plan is fully explained and representation does not begin until the client knows the total cost and agrees to it.

I apologize to those of you who expected to see a set pricing list on this page, but pre-determined pricing plans are inadequate in reflecting the actual value provided to clients. Consider the following example:

Client A and B are two separate individuals, but have nearly identical issues with the IRS. In addition, they basically owe the same amount and both are slated for trial with the United States Tax Court. The only difference is that Client A has an accountant working on substantiating the client’s deductions and expenses, whereas Client B does not.

Although both Client A and B have the same amount in controversy, charging them the same amount when the amount of work involved differs is simply not justified.

The Alexander Law Firm, LLC’s flat-fee pricing plan is hassle free because the flat-fee is just that – a flat-fee. No hidden costs, no surprises if the matter continues to drag on, nothing. The price does include, however, the following level of professional service:

1. Effective Tax Representation
2. Free Consultation
3. Professional Level Responsiveness
4. Personalized Service
5. Individual Attention

Clients of The Alexander Law Firm do not have to watch the clock every time they call, send an email or drop by for a meeting. Such up-charges are certainly not fair and the pre-dominant reason why The Alexander Law Firm does not charge by the hour.
